I might add that the precise place for that real and hard work to be
done is in the General Assembly, which is indeed (according to the
bylaws) open to any interested parties.

Please also note the formal DNSO mailing lists are now in place, and
that discussion of what should or should not be happening in the
DNSO (as opposed to what might be happening in the prospective IDNO)
should be taking place on the DNSO discuss list.

That is, we can argue about all kinds of things that maybe ICANN and
the DNSO should be doing, but they won't see those arguments if they
take place here.
