In saying that NSI wants to move the process forward, I was thinking back
(not that long ago) to early April (or late March?) when internic.net was
redirected (prematurely???) to networksolutions.com. My read on that event
was the NSI anticipated the process moving quickly in May and therefore was
poised (through advertising and infrastructure) to dominate a _commercial_
registrars' market. [NSI will continue to have a monopoly and will make
bunch of bucks as either way.] However, I think (IMHO) that the corporate
self-concepted has change. Having made that change, NSI is anxious to move
on.

I trust we will more carefully and I thank you for reminding us. This is a
young effort. One that will no doubt grow. However, if we hesitate we'll
be left behind. However, as you say, we must move cautiously.
