Porsche's in rem action against the allegedly infringing or diluting domain
names has been dismissed.

Guess the trademark lobby in DNSO and ICANN will now go into hyperdrive with
WIPO proposals !

Will be interesting to see how they twist, squeeze and use this event for
their individual ends !!
