You have a broad definition of bashing, one that seems to include any form
of criticism.

Positive tone?

OK -- ICANN is positively engaged in internet governance.

NTIA has positively avoided ever disclosing any reason to believe that it
has statutory authority to engage in the actions in which it is engaging
vis a vis NSI, the Internet, and ICANN.

ICANN is positively avoiding many of the obligations of its oganic
documents.

ISOC is positively trying to create a system in which individuals are
represented by submerging them into "organizations".

I positively believe that individuals have the absolute right to represent
themselves if they so chose.

I positively get along very well with Don Heath and positively do not
believe he is the ogre that people make of him. Indeed, I find my
discussions with him to have positive outcomes.

And, as you well know, I am not opposed to CORE and find much of it to be
a pretty good, reasonably thought out idea, modulo what I believe to be an
somewhat excessive degree of subservience to trade/service mark interests.

Others know that as well, which is why I was asked a while back whether
I'd be interested in assuming the CEO role at CORE. (I declined citing my
own demonstrated lack of CEO-type skills.)
