(It is for that reason that it is my position that our position should be
that last week's meeting, because it was improperly held, is null and void
and that no action or any working group chartered there has any
legitimacy.)

The small DNSO NC group that met last week chartered a working group.
They called for members of the working group. We, as individuals can
join, but if we do we should make clear that that does not constitute a
waiver of the claim that the entire group is invalid due to procedural
defects.
