Having gone through this with the ISP/C a couple years ago, I can tell you that
did it by setting up two bank accounts, one in Europe and one in the USA, to
handle all incoming payments/donations. It may be possible now to get only one
bank account that can handle all currencies, but I'm not sure where to look for
one.

In the US, generally you need an approved "DBA" (Doing Business As) form and a
tax ID in order to open a bank account. Both are fairly simple to get. If we
want non-profit status there are more hoops to jump through. Outside the US I
have no idea how things work, sorry.
