Thank you Pat !

Here it is people...if anyone needs a shoulder to lean on (just a shoulder -
a non-lawyer to talk to - without any legal bearing) - when facing a domain
name issue. Feel free to drop Denis, Joop or me a line...We will pitch is
all we can..(which will not be much) but atleast you will have a friendly
ear to talk it out...

If anyone wants to aid in helping others out on the same line (young
lawyers, other prior victims and so on)..please drop me a note..I will add
to the volunteer list...

Whether we get into ICANN or whatever..we got to help our own kind the
individual domain name owners in sprit and deed...in it and only in it lays
our destiny as a organization we set out to be...

Denis/Sri

and company reps except in 1-1 emails)? Or is even the latter
something to be avoided?

Probably wise, but most importantly compose a disclaimer and put it in
your signature line. Just the usual stuff e.g.

I am not a lawyer.
This post does not constitute legal advice and must not be construed as
doing so.
Please consult a lawyer before taking action.

That sort of thing - do this before you give any advice.

Pat

Of course: I am not a qualified lawyer and nothing in this post may be
construed as advice. Please consult a lawyer before taking action. ;~}
