Before I realised that Kent' s posting was a crosspost from the ifwp list

After that I saw the thread continue. An urgent request to all: please do
not crosspost here from the ifwp list or the domain-policy list.
If listmembers want to enjoy the arguments there, they can subscribe via
the ifwp.org webpage.
Here we have other things to do.
We have to work our way through the charter, fill in what is needed,
discuss budget and membership fee levels, elect officers, form committees
and do other real work.
If exessive crossposting disrupts this list too, we will be forced to make
it a members-only list, like ISOC's.

While on this topic, I would like to have two more member-volunteers to
help me with list moderation. There is no more need for dictatorial
decisions on my part and I propose that we have the moderators confirmed by
member vote later on.
