If all the IDNO intended to do was lobby for individuals' inclusion in the
DNSO, it could legitimately exclude those who oppose that goal. It
intentions, however, go beyond lobbying to actually serving as the vehicle
for individual domain holders' representation on the DNSO once it is
achieved. That latter goal requires it to remain open to all individual
domain holders regardless of their opinion if it wishes to retain its
credibility. If the ACM/IGC were to assert that only those who agree with
its positions should be admitted to the NCDNHC, do you think that it would
be taken seriously?
