Yes. Having them donate the name would not have been in our best interests. :^)

As I have downgraded myself to lurker at present, being not suitably
equipped for the current discussions on IDNO charter and legal stuff, I
have paid for the domain.

I am hoping that this will embarrass the rest of you enough to pull your
fingers out, and get the charter finalised. :^)

I'm keen to get fired up on recruiting members for the IDNO to bulk it up,
but am reticent to do so until the cat fights are completed and an entity
is in place.

Note: This post was liberally sprinkled with sarcasm. At least I think it was.

I shall now return to my current focus, fighting the proposed NZ 2 cpm
Internet tax. (http://talk.co.nz/0867). It is purely a coincidence that
MCI has a large shareholding in Telecom NZ? :^(
