Karl

Thanks a ton ! You are one kind person !! People like you are the conscious
we need to aid and oversee eachother !!!

On the volunteer front - The idea is to get many volunteers so the demands
on any single individual volunteer will be at a enjoyable level rather then
straining and stressing them out.

Any volunteers for Spanish ? (thanks Andy for suggestion).

Sri

Dear Sri,
Odd as it may sound, Mandarin Chinese is my second language and my wife
is
from northeast China. We met when I used to write the English news for a
Chinese
TV station in 1989, a very eventful year there.
As long as it is kept to announcements or perhaps a statement or purpose
or
something, I can volunteer my wife, though she thinks I spend too much time
on
these things as it is. ;-) We can also send Chinese e-mail from our
computer
and though we have lots of Chinese Windows operating system software, we
have to
get another computer first, likely next month, to make best use of it.
Over the next few months, I will be bringing people here from all over
the
world to help operate or humanitarian relief efforts and can "volunteer"
their
efforts at that time. We will cover 9 major languages and several minor
ones at
that time. It will just take a few months to get organized from today's dead
start. In fact, our future web site will be in multiple languages so as to
receive notice of emergencies and such from as many sources as possible.
Looking forward to being ready to help on many fronts, expected funding
will
be key and that is expected by month's end. Living on savings for past six
years
trying to start humanitarian organization so resources are currently at
below
zero.

Sincerely yours,
Karl E. Peters
