[IDNO:543] RE: ISOC, changes in the wind?

I'm reserving judgement, but Telstra doesn't exactly have a sterling
track-record. We'll see which way this wind blows. Personally, I didn't
partake in this ISOC election. I just didn't know enough about the
players. Last year, I voted for Tim O'Reilly, he publishes good books
