Kent,
While I have been slow to anger and made every attempt to see what
we can learn from you with regard to the operation of our list, there
has been little or no positive or productive comment at all from early
on. Wanting to give you every opportunity to participate in a
meaningful and appreciated way, I privately and later publicly
challenged you to post your own clear ideas for what IDNO should stand
for and how it should best strive for these goals. Since you never miss
a chance to find fault with any aspect of any post (as any critic can do
with any media or content), I had hoped you could also offer solutions
and improvements like a real contributor to a group of ideas. It has
been several days now and we have not seen it, whereas long and heated
rebukes and criticisms seem to come within moments of several of the
member's posts about virtually any subject. I like to be objective and
inclusive, and thus issued the challenge to give your positive
suggestions for the future of this list and its organization. You will
soon leave me no objective room to believe you have any positive
addition to make to this list and my vote to keep your kind of input as
a part of our list will have to be reconsidered. I still hope you can
prepare some constructive thoughts for us during this next week and post
them after this week-long cease-fire by guests for a basic set of
statutes to be approved. Borrowing from an old saying, "If you can't say
something nice about a person, it's better not to say anything at all".
This is why I refrain from discussing a certain American politician if
at all possible!!! (Even if he is President!)

VERY sincerely yours,
Karl E. Peters
