If AOL were not a part of it - I would have welcomed the creation of this
coalition as a welcome development...with AOL as a part of this ( going by
other IDNO's experiences with aol in past, they seem to be 1000 times more
notorious/unscrupulous than ICANN and NSI combined ) ...I think idno's will
end up having one more juggernaut standing in line to trample on and steal
from them - even more aggressively...

I am sure with all their lobby/money power plus US election year political
begging and bargaining in progress - they will emerge as the defacto
internet government pretty soon. Remember US politicians love internal US
organisations over any international mechanism...if its private and business
run..even better...

Any thoughts ? Can we (preemptively) positively engage this 'coalition' for
our interests ?
