First my apologies for not responding promptly..my mail had been erractic
(just realizing it as I am now receiving old (weekend) mail after I had
responded to new mail)..I think I got it fixed..
I agree with the what has been broadly suggested/pointed out...we need to
evolve and mature mechanism to keep everyone positively engaged without
stressing anyone out with issues that are not in their frequency at that
point of time or losing movementum on any front..
Please for now can we have sub-lists (voting mechanism to create and kill
the sub-list) and summaries of activity posted to discuss list at a weekly
interval ? - given the situation now..broadly - policy list, ICANN meeting,
logo and public relations, membership drive, etc..
Any suggestions / ideas ?

issues that you now face.. Respectfully I would therefore suggest
that you conclude your mascot deliberations ASAP, and get prepared
