Quite so. This is why I stepped away from previous (ORSC) Domain Name
definitions and defined them only negatively:
not TLD's and not SLD's in which individuals or companies can't register.
I think we are flexible enough with our current definition.
At some time in the future we have to be ready to speak up for individuals
who register under ISP's (in Europe) too.
We also have to be ready for possible conflicts of interest between those
individuals and some of our members who also represent ISP's, or who are
ISP's.

But for the moment our focus is on ICANN and its DNSO.
