Hello all,

Sorry to be a little late here (been busy). You both have good points
but I have to agree with William here. As far as C&B is concerned, ICANN
has none as they are running in "dictator" mode right now. It would be
more honest for them to just publish what they want and get it over
with. However, they aren't stupid enough to believe that'll fly. I've
known for quite a while that most of this was a very elaborate sales
pitch. I think most of us do, but we hope for something better.
