This is the part where I shamelessly tout my great prowess as a boatman
and kayaker...
Anyhow, I am 36 years old and I've been running rivers for approximately
15 years. About five years ago I bought part of river outfitting
company (Adventure River Expeditions, Moab, UT) and became a
professional guide. I've spent most of my weekends
and vacations running rivers ever since, averaging 40-50 days per year
on the river during this time.
I've rowed Cataract, Desolation, and Westwater canyons numerous times at
a wide variety of river levels as a professional guide. I've also rowed
the Rogue river in Oregon, as well as most of the desert rivers in Utah.
I began kayaking three years ago, and I am a solid class IV+ creek and
big water boater, noteworthy credits include, Lochsa (upper and lower at
8'), Selway (at 7'), Murtaugh section of Snake (6-20,000), Bear, etc.
Other qualifications: First Responder & CPR, fair dutch oven cook,
reasonably literate (engineering degree), access to boats and lots of
river gear, I own a truck with a hitch, and I have a great love of the
desert and rivers of the Colorado plateau.
I have never been down the Big Ditch.

Hope to hear from someone...
