How y'all are?
	If a motor is taken (or picked up downriver) for use during the 
last 40+ miles, what does that do to a 'no boat registration 
requirement for a raft' on Mead?  Can (or would) the 'dudley doorights' 
issue a violation/ticket to the 'powered raft'?
