I know where many of my friends are: they're on the river, I just
haven't met them yet.
And if I am so slow as to aggravate enough of them, I won't get what
help I need.
I've made arrangements as a private boater on the grand to have pizzas
delivered further down the river, had lots of help, gotten a lot of good
ideas from the working folks in the Big Ditch.
For me the Grand is a magical, mystical place that is very addictive.
I would like to see the system improved OH YES, but I also think that
it's very important for us all to take active roles in creating the
change for the better, and actively participate in the system, rather
than just waiting, and moaning however many years for 'our' turns to
come.
