(SDNP/Gabon).
As Zacharia said, DGI is only the host.

It is not SDNP/Paraguay. It is SDNP/Panama. In fact, there is not
SDNP in Paraguay.
We have a similar case than SDNP/Gabon: SDNP/Panama is hosted by
Universidad Santa Maria La Antigua, but this doesn't means that we
are an office belonging to them.
