Dear Carlos:
I wish to know what is the approach CORPECE are using in promote
Electronic Commerce.
In my personal point of view, one thing is promote technologies that will
encourage the use of internet, e-commerce, etc, which it means that this
is not something about doing bussiness. Another thing is promote the
bussiness itself and doing money for profit through the e-commerce.
In the first case, I think that CORPECE can fit in the NCDNHC. In the
second case, it doesn' fit.
