Hi Milton:

And...this sunrise period for trademarks would be free of charge?
Because, if not, would you imagine the earnings of registrars??
How many trademarks are in the world? multiply this for the cost of a domain
per year! And divide it between every existent registrar!!!

I am agree with you Milton. But, if this sunrise period
achieve to be aprooved, I hope that, at least, they limit the registrations to
those commercial gTLDs, and that commercial entities cannot touch the
non-commercial gTLDs in order to register neither in the sunrise period,
neither in the future!

Also I don't understand why such opportunity (for whom have money to invest
in this) for trademarks...why not also for the non-commercial sector? One
thing is protect a trademark, other thing is give them the power to dominate the
domain names world.

Best Regards
Vany
