Without seeing any comments on the exchanges I had with Milton. I tried to
incorporate in the first charter draft, the possible changes. I hope that
was done accordingly the results of ours discussions. Documment is
attached as a word file. It contains 2 options in paragraph G, between
which we (ncc-Charter + AdCom) we need to make a choice, before submitting
the text for comment on the NCC list
Thanks for your quick answer and comment. If the change is OK, we should
chosse between the two options by a vote of our restricted group (adcom +
ncc-charter members).
