Dear PABers:

The method of voting for POC members is known as "Cumulative" voting.

That means, you may cast your two votes for two different candidates or for
the same candidates.

The votes of the so called positions #1 and #2 will be summed.

On the vote for Secretary, since there was no second nominee, you may vote
to "Abstain" (not "Obstain"). The named candidate should receive at least
50% of the total vote, those selecting the candidate plus those abstaining.

Please vote according to your pleasure.

Personal regards,
Bob Connelly
