In October a court in Germany decided that not everybody is allowed to use or own the domain bahnhof.de. The translation for "Bahnhof" is "railway-station" (or "depot" in the US).
The decision was not based on trademark law but on law against unfair competition. The plaintiff is the "Deutsche Bundesbahn AG" - the railway-company.
