When I was on the IAHC and iPOC, we never took minutes, although
someone typically recorded action items so we didn't forget to act on
them.
It was also rarely my experience that the discussions were anything
other than informal -- they were not conducted in such a way as to
make minutes interesting, let alone reasonable. Remember, the group
makes few decisions and spends most of its time just trying to smooth
things out.
