Indeed, the MoU takes no representation, nor do any of the associated
documents, nor does PAB. In fact, as we all know, PAB is explicitly
a publically readable forum. Further, the NTIA proceedings were
required by the ex parte rules to be explicitly public.

However, as a courtesy to Mr Dellheim I have edited out his personal
email address from all PAB correspondence to date. I have informed
him that I will not do this for any future correspondence -- the PAB
list is a publically readable list, and all submissions to it are
explicitly to be a part of the public record.
