Sascha,
The ccTLDs are finally getting organised, which is very good news. It is
not clear that NSi will join this group, as they would be in a minority
among many TLDs, and they do not like being in a minority in a body that
may decide anything for them.
The ccTLDs will be an important player in the Names Council, together with
registrars, registries and users.
