Javier, both you and Michael are mistaken about the PAB list. Six
months ago we voted to open the PAB list, in the form of a public
archive, and an archive has been publically available since that time.
It is true that the list is closed in the sense that non-subscribers
may not post, but comments are readable by the general public.
