The CORE-MoU clearly states that registrars may not be, in any way,
involved in new gtld domain trafficking.
Also, the goal of ACPs is to deal with pirates in an inexpensive way. For
example, if A (pirate) has tried to sell a domain to B (trade-mark owner),
then it will be very quick and easy for B to claim the name in the ACPs (it
will almost be automatic).
