Dear Peter
I support the proposal as I feel that PAB needs and can be more open.
Though all PAB members are signatories of the MOU but the purpose of
PAB, I believe, is not self-serving but for the benefits of the Internet
community at large(whether appreciated or not by all).
I agree with you that we need to remain candid, however, we should also
avoid becoming abusive. Making the archive open may help here(sad to
say).
