Nothing has changed in the charter since last time it was discussed.
I will refrain from posting it again out of deference to those who

Lots of intense stuff is going on. Especially non-US members -- any
lobbying you can do would be helpful. Everybody should try to get in
comments to the GP -- someone told Amadeu on the POC list:
"administrations tend to just count paper weight, not arguments." I
wouldn't go that far, but having lots of good comments on our side
can't hurt.
