i've been lisening to the NTIA press conf, and i'm wondering
whom they are going to decides represents the internet community.

can anyone shead any light on whom is going to be leading
the formation of the new non-profit organization? i know there
are several possable ones already in existance, or will there
be another created.

i'm a bit confused....
