The wp leaves it to the "internet community" to come up with a new
non-profit corporation to take over IANA. In practice that means
that it is throwing its support behind the efforts that Jon Postel
has already started to form such a corporation. While this is not
the same as supporting the MoU, it is a *much* better result than the
green paper proposal.
