PAB GIAW etc. meeting in Reston, VA

Hello PABers;

I still plan to attend the conference, or whatever it is calling itself
these days, on July 1 -2 in Reston, VA, and will try to post some kind
of summary/recap of whatever happens (or doesn't happen as the case may
be) at that event.
