When you consider that the one legal review of this matter, so far, found
that there had been no actions by IANA which encumbered it or obligated it
(since that is what a contract is), then what changes is the claim that the
rogue efforts carry any potential relationship to the IANA root.

Stef wants "fair hearings". Review before an independent judge is the
usual way to evaluate claims of contractual obligation. There has so far
been one. The language in the judge's opinion went considerably farther
than simply to deny the requested restraining order. It decimated
IODesign's claims.
