DNSO draft proposals compared

I accepted the task to produce a side-by-side comparison of the DNSO draft
proposals, and it is posted at:

It compares the draft DNSO proposals by:
* DNSO.ORG (December 16)
* INTA (December 7)
* ORSC (January 5)

Please notify me of any errors by private email. Yes, I know DNSO.ORG is
about to produce a new version. Sigh.
