Colleagues,

My current understanding was that Kent would produce a document with
all comments and suggestions to date bracketed and numbered to be
voted on item by item during the Drafting Team Teleconference that was
postponed to early this week, so it could them be proposed to the
membership for consideration.

At cursory inspection of my archive I can find at least two messages
from Kent agreeing to this procedure.

This document is not it.

It is in its totality and in several individual paragraphs not
accepteable to me. Michael Sondow has made some excellent points
already, and so have others, so I can spare us all further
aggrevation.

It was handed to the Drafting Team yesterday, when I was unable to
work through it (I had been on call since Thursday morning 08h00 until
yesterday evening 17h00)

I now notice attempts from several sides to rush this through, into
the Briefing Book of a secret meeting in Washington on
Thursday/Friday, which DNSO.ORG is not attending, officially.

As a member of the Drafting Team I formally object to this.

As a member of the Drafting Team I formally object sanctioning it as a
DNSO.ORG document.

If this document is published as a DNSO.ORG document I wish to have my
objection published with it, as a minority opinion of a Drafting Team
Member.

Amadeu, please propose some language to me privately, if you wish.
