[Remember that this meged Draft is not a new version of the pst-MTY draft but
a new toll trying to strike some compromises among the various relevant
docuemtns on thisissue, including, indeed, our Mty Draft, aka v7. The merged
draft it is not therefore the result of any previous consensus but rahter an
attempt to build consensus. Hope this clarification helps increasing confusion

Within few hours, as soon as the ordinary Euroeans get to wrok at ordinary
hours, you will find on the website (under "What's New) the ICC Comments on
the INTA Draft Bylaws (ICC has publishedm and you have got both thru the lsit
and the website, Genral Principles on a DNSO and Preliminary Comments on the
DNSO Draft App Form (ie, on the post-MYT v7 Draft).
