By all means a charter should be developed, and it should be posted
on the web. It's not good for someone to make up rules about who
they want to throw out on the fly, that's for sure. Especially if
they want to be taken seriously as a DNSO constituency...

Those archives should be published on the web. Otherwise IDNO is
