[IDNO:563] Representatives at DNSO meeting today (Jun 25)?

Will there be any representatives of the IDNO physically present at the
DNSO meeting in San Jose, CA (USA) today?

Also, has the constituency proposal been formally submitted to ICANN
yet? It would seem that we would want to get our DNSO board members
elected as soon as possible.
