Am I right in construing the imminent election as resulting in what
will be, in effect, a "constituent assembly"? Or is that to be a
later event? Whatever happens next the organizational rules
currently in effect "de facto" will, at some point, have to be
converted into the democratic constitution of the Cyberspace
Association for formal ratification by our entire membership. I look
forward to this process and to contributing to it.
