Or ip6.int (the IPv6 reverse zone, I believe). Perhaps wording to the
effect that "domains" issued on the basis of reverse entries for blocks of
address space do not..blahblah..

They aren't issued by whatever we're calling a "resgitry" anyway, they're
setup by the holder of the IP address space (typically an ISP..)
