Thinking about our coming confirmation/election for the membership I
realized that we do not have a minimum or maximum number for the membership
committee.
I propose to insert a clause 4.x The membership committee shall consist of
a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 9 members.
Likewise for the steering committee.
I propose a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 21.
