I believe Register.com is extremely popular one, as it gives free hosting
till one finds hosting service if someone buys a domain name from there
site.

What impact does this have on

a. People who registering prior to Register.com becoming a register
b. After that.

Is this just a proposal or adopted by this two registers ?

What rights are IDNOs foregoing by going to this registers over directly to
NSI ?

Is there anyone out there thats giving a sensible deal to IDNOs ?

Please someone throw light on this ?

Sri

All,

It looks like AOL and Register.Com are parroting the WIPO Final
Report nearly to a tee. One may want to look as this post
for some interesting developments...
