Instead of TM lobby spending all the big bucks on ICANN and other areas to
create domain dispute policies and all the associated crap that's not good
for anyone - can some one propose to them - to use some money to develop (or
sponser developement of) a 'free for use search engine (database ?) ' - that
will connect estabilished trademarks to the domain names of the owners.

A search engine internet users could directly or even search engines could
factor to in searchs - to get the url of trademark owner in addition to
other search results.

That way every one can live in peace and the whole trademark carp will do
away ?

I believe it will even solve the headaches of search engine results / TM
dilution crap (playboy vs. lycos (or someother engine).
