Great idea, but if that was their main goal, they would already be
promoting it. I'm afraid that their goal is far more restrictive than
blocking use of words. Otherwise, why would the IP constituency be headed
by ASCAP (a copyright organization)? "Cyberpiracy" has already been
stopped. Trademark lawyers will readily admit that. The main goal is
control, a method of funding groups like WIPO, and an attempt at monopoly
power on arbitration, formation of international law, and generally
creating more business for themselves.
