Hmmmm. Interesting. Another conflict between NSI and ICANN. The
prevailing, multiply-sourced story is that NSI didn't provide the
information/materials needed by ICANN to name the registrars until quite
late in the game.

Now, I don't know that that is the absolute truth...but that's what I've
been told by several people from different organizations who were a party
to the entire matter.

As for what you did wrong, Chuck, I don't see anything...IF the tale is as
you say. Frankly, I have trouble buying much of your pravda...I'm still
waiting to know what amendment allows you to ignore your contractual
requirements to post performance data.
