Hi My name is Brian Stephens, I have a permit for this November I picked
up in January as a cancellation. First time for me to go down the
river, I've always wanted to go, and put myself on the list in 95. When
I heard about the price increases, decided to try and get a permit now
to avoid $25 per year continuation charges. I have a question now after
reading posts to the list. Regarding emergency evacuations, those are
quite expensive charges, is the TL held liable for those charges if the
evacutee is unable to pay? Would travel insurance cover those charges?
What are the chances of something happening that would require
evacuation?
Good service you have here, keep it up!
